The Employer is a well established Indian MNC in multiple businesses.

- The person will be required to manage an Innovation Centre Workforce.

- The person will be responsible to manage a LArge number of Ex-Pats working on different projects.

- He/She will be responsible for all Compensation related matter of Contracts with employees.

- The person will be responsible for all HR activities for manpower of the Centre.

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

- Managing a very diverse workforce from many countries

- Managing Employment Contracts and Varied Working requirements of multi-national global workforce

- The incumbent will collaborate with Corporate HR to implement relevant HR strategies

- Responsible for performance management and improvement initiatives

- Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues

- Responsible for employee engagement programs, development initiatives and rewards & recognition frameworks

- Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes

- Responsible for career management & development plans and implementation

- Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems

- Proactively communicate policies and process to employees

- Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the HO

The person will be responsible to manage a number of projects spread across locations in India.

He/She will be responsible for IR related matter of the locations, Land acquisition etc.

The person will be responsible for all HR activities for knowledge based manpower.

- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems.

Other requirements :

-High ability to interact with Ex-Pats

- High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures

- Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities

- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work with teams from different countries

Academics :

- The person must come with 2 year full time MBA and good academic record.

Experience :

- 12-15 years experience and with an exposure to working with R&D staff is necessary to be successful in the position.
