Key deliverables include the following: - Performance Management - Employee Engagement - OD Initiatives - HR Policies - HR Operations Your Part- - Passion for working in a values-based company in alignment with a learning organization - Passion for the company's Essence, Global Imperatives, Corporate Direction and managing the company's Culture - Support business objectives through implementation and improvisation of HR policies and processes - Educate management and business on HR trends that affect the business by providing HR dashboard, HR analytics, HR MIS and HR presentations - Ensure that all HR policies and programs are executed in compliance with local labor laws and Company's principles - Work out the required manpower plan and budget along with the management - Assist in design, development, and implementation of on-going employee development, calibration and succession planning process - Define and implement the strategy and programs needed to successfully develop leaders, managers, and employees - Analyze existing programs and make recommendations where necessary for improvements - Manage employee relations and resolve queries of employees pertaining to policies, process, benefits etc. - Drive employee engagement activities and implement retention strategies including one-oone meetings, counseling, rewards and recognition programs, employee participation and employee empowerment - Oversee onboarding and induction of employees, maintenance of records, management of payroll / Full &amp; Final Settlement/employee queries related to F&amp;F and PF - Oversee HRIS - Employee creation, personal records, transfer, exit, F&amp;F and PF and manage HR Analysis and Reporting (Manpower Cost, Salary cost, HR Median Salaries) - Manage Compensation and Benefits which enable the creation of a world-class organization - Assist in recruiting manpower for the business as per processes and policies of the company - Conduct and drive Performance Appraisals for all employees and coordinate learning &amp; development programs for competence building SHOULD HAVE- - Preferred PGDM / MBA / Equivalent degree in Human Resource / Personnel Management; any certification in HR related area will be an added benefit - Related work experience of about 10 years; SME, Start-up and IT Product / Engineering organizations- experience preferred - HR Generalist Profile with Team Handling Experience - Detail oriented and organized; strong planning and prioritization abilities - A resilient self-starter, comfortable with changing deadlines and the need to re-appraise priorities - A strong communicator and excellent relationship builder, able to articulate their point clearly and concisely, and comfortable with challenging others. - Must have the desire to initiate and drive through change and continuous improvement - Ability to create and critique working practices, ensuring they are streamlined and efficient - Good in MS Office and related Apps
