Description :
Reporting in to the CEO, as the HR Leader for across all geographies, you would be responsible for :
- Build good understanding of business objectives and products and manage HR interventions in line with the requirements from business units
- End to end implementation of all HR activities from HR policies writing, business HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, On boarding, Performance Management, employee grievances, international understanding of laws and compliances etc.
- Ensure 100% adherence to all metrics across Joining, On boarding, Performance, Attrition and Collaboration for all geographies
- Automating the HR processes and tasks using technology and tools and work on data analysis for problem solving
- Closely working with the business stakeholders to create, implement and monitor processes and policies
- Drive strong high performance culture for the teams across geographies, ensuring culture fitment while acquiring new talent for the organization
- Extensively partner with the business on driving effective training and development
Profile :
- 12-18 years of robust HR Business Partnering experience in a leadership role
- Managed 600+ employees across international geographies
- Should come from a premier B school and strong subject matter expertise is mandatory
- Must have an analytical mind-set and expertise in excel and similar tools
- Robust understanding of compliance, laws and HR processes outside India specially in the APAC and Europe region
- Global experience would be an added advantage
- Excellent Communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
- Should have strong understanding of cultural differences across geographies
