Job Description:

As the Head of Human Resources in the plastic and packaging space, you will be responsible for leading and executing HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee engagement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, with a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in the plastic and packaging industry.

2) Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

3) Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and develop workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent to support its growth objectives.

4) Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

5) Champion initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and development, providing opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.

6) Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent in the plastic and packaging industry.

7) Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies and procedures that mitigate risks and promote fairness and transparency.

8) Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and development while ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.

9) Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the change process.

10) Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR, leveraging insights to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
