Hiring Head-HR - Plant for our client (MNC) .
JD :
Experience - 15-20 years of experience, extensively in Industrial Relations.
- Should have handled Unions and handled wage settlements.
- Candidates with experience in dealing in both union and non union environment will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of IR/ Labour Legislations / Litigations.
- Effective administration at the Divisional / Factory locations including Canteen, Security, Transportation, Medical Facility, Infrastructure, etc.
OD Interventions :
- Create and deploy interventions for increasing people involvement in operations
- Help and facilitate implementation of key programmes like ISO, HACCP, Safety etc.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Implement the compensation strategy in line with the company policy
- Design & maintain salary and pay ranges for various levels
- Develop & ensure proper implementation of incentive system in line with company's pay for performance culture
Community Building :
- Lead and drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
Administration Management :
- Responsible for factory administration and maintenance
- Emergency Management & Crisis resolution.
- Male candidate only, Marathi speaking.
- Recent job change should not be after August 2014, average of 4 years per job.
