Head HR (Plant) We are currently looking for senior and seasoned professional as Head Plant HR/IR for one of our reputed clients. - Our Client is a market leader in its domain with turnover of about USD 5 Billion. - Position will be based in Plant at Delhi-NCR. - Incumbent should have strong exposure of handling multiple unions, LTS, employee engagement, managing internal and external environment, PMS etc. - Candidates should have relevant experience of about 18-25 years. Responsibilities : - Ensure a very healthy & productive IR climate through collaborative team. - Ensure rigor of current best practices. - Champion new initiatives of competency & revitalization of PMS system. - Develop very good rapport with external stakeholders including Govt. officials. - Create very good team work by championing & nurturing Cross functional teams and communication & engagement initiatives. - Work along with corporate HRM in the transformation agenda - Champions OD endeavors. Salary will be not be a constraint for suitable candidate.
