Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Team Management - Responsible for Process output of each PO- Act to support the HR team, to ensure delivery/performance - Strategic hands-on Involvement in achieving a performance-driven culture - Strategic hands-on Involvement in filling gaps to ensure a performance-driven culture - Aid the Hiring team to ensure quality, TAT and Priority hiring closures - Work with the department heads for Hiring, Attrition, and aid in annual budgeting and planning exercises etc - Acting as a proactive subject matter expert for senior management and other relevant stakeholders - Having had strong experience in HR Policymaking and Execution ( Plant &amp; Corporate) - Comp &amp; Ben - Payroll HCM ( Handled implementation of SAP HCM, handled/ supervised monthly payroll cycle) - Lead the development of relevant training in close collaboration with the T and D team - MIS - Maintained and worked on HRMIS for analysis and reports - Working knowledge of Statutory Compliance, and liaisoning with authorities in the state
