1. Regular / Full time MBA / PGDBM / PGDBA in HR from a reputed institute - XLRI / IIM / TISS / FMS / SCMHRD
2. About 10 years of experience handling various facets of Corporate HR function in manufacturing organization across industries like Pharma, FMCG, Engineering, Automobile etc.,
3. Experience in Recruitment, PMS, People development initiatives, Employee Engagement, Change Management, besides transactions.
4. Knowledge of Industrial relations & Administration
5. Good Communications (MS Office and English) and MNC fit
Main Purpose of Job
- The incumbent is responsible to provide HR support to business covering areas like recruitment, Performance management, formulation and review of HR policies, Establishing HR processes, etc.,
- Establish a result oriented work culture and take up people development initiatives.
- Implement global corporate HR policies.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Complete recruitment requirements within the agreed timelines.
- Formulate and review HR policies and ensure consistency and transparency in implementation.
- Completion of joining formalities and induction and orientation schedule for new joinees.
- Co-ordinate and manage performance management system.
- Co-ordinate people development initiatives covering both technical and behavioural areas.
- Support Head - HR in implementing change management initiatives.
- Work very closely with all departments to establish and sustain result oriented work culture.
