Job Profile:
- Design and conceptualize HR Policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage end to end HR activities from a Talent Management and engagement initiatives
- Be a custodian to of all business hiring needs across levels and functions
- Take care and drive programs around reducing attrition
- Manage training needs and strive for continuous development
- Oversee and manage all HR functions from a broad perspective.
Candidate Profile:
- 15-20 years of experience
- Candidate from Pharma background will be an added advantage
- Adaptable, someone who has worked in a promoter driven organization
- High maturity levels as the incumbent will be partnering with stakeholders.
