Roles & Responsibilities :
- To Manage all recruitment and selection activities including project recruitment and contract management
- To Manage the compensation and benefits process, ensuring appropriate compensation & benefits packages is administered with consistency
- To Develop and maintain the training plan. To Manage the overall training process, including identifying individual and departmental training requirements in order to achieve organisational goals
- Provides support and guidance to Managers on all HR issues
- To Develop suitable retention strategies and ensure appropriate training, performance appraisal and succession planning processes
- To Provide support and guidance to the management in solving organisational issues
- To Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with corporate policies and local regulations
- To Manage the implementation of the performance management process and ensures the follow up actions on salary increase and implementation
- To Ensure compliance to statutory laws applicable to employees required for the business in India
- To Administer payroll as per laid down procedures
