Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment process end-to-end - from development of job descriptions to candidate selection, conducting background checks and other necessary due diligence
- Designing and organizing new-hire procedures, including employee orientation and training schedules, employee handbooks etc
- Create HR strategy and enforcing organization-wide HR policies and processes to enhance employee engagement and employee retention
- Design and spearhead learning and development efforts for existing employees
Requirements:
- MBA HR with 10 - 15 years of experience in HR functions; leading HR teams and designing and implementing HR strategy
- Ability to work independently with enterprise and initiative and apply HR solutions to new growth areas
- Ability to engage and work with teams across levels and functions
- Fluency in English and Hindi required, working knowledge of Marathi preferred
