Head - Human Resource - Media & Entertainment Sector

A client in the media & entertainment sector is looking for a Head HR.

- 10+ experience in handling the HR role in a young, digitally oriented organization, preferably in the media sector.

- The role oversees HR, Admin & Logistics function as well.

- Ideal candidate would be an experienced professional with about 10 years+ experience & MBA - HR preferably from the media sector :

Responsibilities would include, but not limited to :

- Stakeholders management & Employee relations

- HR Strategy & Culture building

- Recruitment

- HR Policies & Processes; GPTW & engagement surveys

- Performance Management

- Comp & Benefits

- HR Operations, Compliance, HRMIS & Analytics
