As Head - HR for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Technical Function

- Responsible for handling HR function for four manufacturing locations, Supply Chain function pan India which includes working as strategic business partner in the business development and handling HR domain end to end for 2500 people,

- Talent management : Identification of star performers/ hi potential employees, fast trackers and devising development plan for low performers at the Manufacturing units.

- Developing and implementation of robust Talent Management strategy with the intent of making available actively groomed successors for Leadership roles.

- Supporting Managers to meet their potential through appropriate career path planning, cross training and developmental assignments across levels to provide the pipeline required to support rapid growth in productivity

- Provide oversight of prevention and/or any responses needed to mitigate issues, violations and legal challenges arising from Industrial Relations in the Plants / Ware houses / Distribution centers.

- Providing Coaching to managers and assuring compliance

- Young Talent Management
