- We are looking for an highly experienced candidate with minimum 10 years of experience.

- He / she must have some experience of working in a manufacturing set up.

- He / she must know to manage all the functions like recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relation, payroll, etc. and lead the team.

- The candidate must possess excellent managerial skills and leadership quality.

- He / she must possess excellent communication skills and should be an out of the box thinker.
