Minimum Qualification: MBA/PGDM (Human Resources) preferred / Diploma in Labour Law (Regular Degree)
Age: Below 52 years
Experience: 18-25 years

- Responsible for timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labor law.
- Liaison with Labor, PF, ESIC & PT Department & job-related Govt. officials, Workmen, Sub-contractors, and special agencies to maintain good Industrial Relations & to ensure full statutory compliance
- Maintaining requisites statutory records under various labor law like CLRA Act, MW Act., BOCW Act, ER, LWF, PT, RC, Factory Act. Etc.
- Liaising with Local Panchayat, MLA, Police, local communities, training institutes, Labor Office, PF & ESIC Officials, Government authorities etc.
- Responsible for adequate contactor/Labor supply and record keeping according to Contract Labor Act & other relevant act.
- Support in maintaining discipline and initiate disciplinary proceeding when required
- Develop and deliver training on industrial relations and employment related topics
- Coordinate and manage the functioning of Statutory and Non-Statutory Committees.
- Responsible for monitoring the cordial employee relations and culture advice the business heads on employee-related issues like discipline grievances ethics. Investigations and disciplinary management.
- Representing the management before the conciliation and other authorities.
- Represents organization in contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations.
- Responsible for Ethics & Compliance Investigations and manage on-time submission of investigation report.
- Implementation of HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc.) for bringing out the best from employees.
