Job Description:

The role involves implementing organizational strategy which contributes to the growth of the organization. In this Leadership role one has to locate the HR issues and contribute information which affects the strategic thinking of organization. It also involves developing action plans and to monitor the results, taking corrective actions in order to reduce variations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Implementing Human Resource Strategy by establishing department accountabilities including recruitment, staffing and health & welfare benefits.

- Maintain HR Operations which include recruiting, selecting, training, retaining, maintaining labor productivity and acting as a change manager

- Complies with legal, federal and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, and advising management on needed actions

- Building Strategies that help and build the culture within an organization

- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

- Overseeing Different HR functions including Strategic HR, People Management, Competency Mapping, Talent Acquisition.

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. A minimum of 12-15yrs of corporate experience is required

5. Managing Profitability

6. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Tools
