Job Profile:
- Support the leadership team from a people and talent standpoint to achieve the planned level of growth both in terms of revenue and profitability per year.
- Drive cost optimization by steering the company through any people ramp-down
- Partner with leadership team to ensure that organization is structured to support the overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement the people and talent roadmap in line with the organisation's expansion strategy.
- Lead the talent review process to strengthen current and high potential leaders in the firm.
- Review and revamp HR policies, processes and systems as per defined people strategy.
Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience
- Pedigree is important
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High maturity levels as the incumbent will be partnering with senior stakeholders.
