- Lead the Human Resource function, overseeing all functions, including administration, talent acquisition, training, leadership development, company culture, industrial relations and employee engagement
- Participate in strategic planning activities of the company with management committee or board when required, and provide strategic counsel on people related matters
- Develop and establish human resource strategies across departments, ensuring all strategies are aligned with the company's business objectives
- Institutionalize organization design, organization structure, participate and provide inputs in related management discussions
- Ensure that company's mission, vision and values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of business and take oversight of the company culture
- Lead long-range planning to develop change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency, cost effectiveness and a healthy work environment
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans that meets the business's human capital needs
