Position: Head HR  Location: Mumbai/Delhi (Incumbent will be travelling to Manufacturing Plant/Mine location as per the requirement, he/she should open to travel on frequent basis).  Age: 45 Years max  Responsibilities :   1) Incumbent will be in a greenfield HR profile and head the HR department for the India and overseas operation.  2) He should have leadership experience with Rewards, Talent Management, OD and staffing. The ideal candidate should have experience with creating and implementing HR system and process preferably in manufacturing environment.  3) Driving HR Business partnering agenda for the company.  4) Should have very strong stakeholder management skills, will directly work with the promoter of the company.   5) Should have strong experience with strategic & Corporate HR.  6) We are looking for a resource who can create a modern HR system where PMS, Induction program, career and succession planning, rewards and recognition, strategic projects will be focused area.
