The Position will determine direction and prioritizes to implement HR strategies to achieve desired results in the area of Operations (Labour Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HRIS, Communication etc) in the Plants.

Job Responsibilities:

- Serves as a business partner to the Plant leadership team.

- To fulfill the manpower requirements of the factory by recruitment and selection of manpower at various levels of management across diversified functions.

- Drive HR Processes - Performance Management System- and - Training & development- at plants

- Drive Talent Management and Succession Review at plants

- To implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.

o Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc

- To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations.

- To carry out the workers engagement and retention activities.

- To supervise the time office and attendance activities.

- Effective Liasoning with government / semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies to ensure good public relations.

- The payroll and HRIS administration and maintenance.

- Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or company needs.

The Candidate Profile:

Qualifications and experience: Candidate should possess a MBA/ PGDM qualification in Human Resources from a decent Institute and should have 10 years to 15 years of experience with minimum 5-7 years of hardcore factory IR/ER exposure in a Plant/Manufacturing unit.

Desired Skills:

- The person needs to have a good IR background to deal with ground level issues at the Plant - experience to all IR scenarios - Handling Unions, Signing of Wage settlements, Statutory compliance and Union negotiations etc is important.

- Proficient in all MS Office applications. SAP HR experience a plus.

- The person should have exposure to Employee Relations, Employee engagement, Performance Management systems, Recruitment, Training, Statutory and compliance and other HR related areas.

- The candidate must know the local language.
