Position Name: Head HR Reporting to :Director HR MBA/MSW Experience: 10 years in Plant HR &amp; IR. Reporting to Head HR Brief for the role : Responsible for handling complete life cycle of shop floor team members including Employee relations and HR operational activities. The job involves workforce planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation &amp; Benefits, formulation and implementation of progressive HR polices, organization development initiatives, employee retention &amp; recognition, Employer branding and all other strategic HR interventions. Key responsibilities are: - Leading people management area and facilitate for the management team - Actively identifying gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks. - Proactively working on organisation design, structure and change management . - Recruitment of key talents for the business. - Drive performance management - Preparing development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. - Identify employees ready for the promotion and rotate best talents across different functions in the organization. - Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions - Develops HR team members as they can become HR Business Partners - Responsible for employee relations, industrial relations and collective bargaining process to de- risk operation. - Knowledge on alternative labor model to ensure sustainable and profitable operations.. - Leading inclusion and diversity initiatives for culture building and employee engagement. - Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes - Lead integration of acquired businesses - Design incentive schemes to drive growth and expected behavior.
