Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a relevant and measurable set of HR goals and priority initiatives aligned to the business requirements
- Provide leadership, management and coaching to an HR Coordinator
- Participate fully in local leadership team discussions to ensure any people related initiatives or actions are surfaced and managed appropriately
- Development of a local resourcing plan in line with the specific financial year budget allocation
- Support leaders with updating of job requirements and descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, job offers and employee on-boarding
- To facilitate and guide the implementation and on-going adoption of firm's new approach to performance and development.
- Provide first line support to leaders to resolve performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Partnering with regional reward team to design, develop and execute relevant compensation and benefit programs that help attract and retain employees for the respective markets
- Ensure the relevant mechanisms are in place and reviewed regularly to enable the accurate flow of employee data to relevant HR systems
- Act as the local lead for global/regional HR related projects
