Role : Head-Human Resource Management

Location : Bangalore

Role Purpose : Responsible for organization-wide planning & operations of the HRM function

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Setting up / operationalising systems and processes for Recruitment & manpower planning

- Retention & employee relations

- Performance Mgm

- Training & Development

- Payroll Management.

- Formulating personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the company's corporate mission and goals

- Implementing human resources strategies by establishing department/function accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, Legal compliance and labour relations.

- Improving management / employee communications, including mediating in disputes and advising line managers / function heads - on how to implement personnel policies

- Developing human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

- Supporting management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions;

- Guiding management and employee actions developing / updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

- Complying with legal requirements and enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Requirements At least 15 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management with a minimum of five years of senior-leadership experience covering Policies & Statutory Laws, Recruitment, Retention, Performance Management, Training & Development and Succession Planning. Solid educational background including an undergraduate degree and an MBA/MSW/PGDHRM or similar advanced degree.

Experience: 15 years
