KRA :

- Responsible for setting an inspirational HR vision

- Overall facilitator of the performance management process

- Work closely with the CEO on leadership development & succession planning for critical roles

- Ensure efficient design and delivery of all HR policies

Requirement :

- MBA with 12-18 yr of experience.

- Candidates from Retail Luxury,eCommerce Organization, Fashion Apparel, Strategic Management Consulting Organization etc would be preferred.
