We are looking for Head Hr for a promoter driven organisation located in Hyderabad with Turnover of Rs 450 Crores. - Candidate should develop systems, processes for managing people issues in a structured way and avoid escalations to Directors - He should conceptualize an IT-based people information system and promote data-based people decisions - He should be able to manage people issues predictably; keep people issues under control; release management time to enable their focus on business growth - He should develop information on resources needed, resources available for deployment; identify gaps, plan &amp; initiate recruitment - He shld have implemented IT solution to deal with people related information and decision support Brief profile of the candidate : - HR professional, 35-to-45 years in age with work experience from large headcount deployed in service organizations; should have hands-on experience developing IT-based HR information systems - We would prefer from airline operations; shipping companies including merchant navy; transport or logistics companies; courier companies; staffing companies
