Qualifications : - Full time MBA in Human Resource Management from premier B-Schools with about 15 years of experience, and in last 3-5 years leading a team of HR professionals - Must have worked in strategic HR areas, including talent acquisition, talent management, Leadership development, Performance Management, Change Management and Rewards in an Entrepreneur led fast growth company. - Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence business leaders - Effective written & oral communication skills - Strong ethics and integrity and ability to build the culture - Proven business partnering with measurable business impact.
