The incumbent will be part of a fast-paced environment to drive the HR function of a KPO with more than 400 employees looking to scale up by 50% more.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1. Policy formulation and implementation
2. Performance Management
3. Compensation Design and Rewards
4. Talent Acquisition and Management
5. Learning & Development
The ideal candidate will have the following specification:
1. Industry: KPO/ Shared Services/ BPO
2. Should have been heading HR for at least 5 years
3. Should have been part of SCALE-UP projects in a fast-paced environment
