The Client :
A leading full service KPO in the publishing, education and e-learning space.
The Role : Head of HR (Designation will depend on fitment)
- Lead the people and culture dimension for the business in India
- Responsible for the end to end HR function in terms of associated services, policies, programs and initiatives.
The Person for the Role :
- Post graduation in HR with about 15 to 20 years of total experience. Experience in BPO/KPO preferred, but not a limiting factor.
- Leadership experience in managing the HR function with exposure to different aspects of HR including but not limited to hiring, on-boarding, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, exit management etc.
- Experience managing a team of about 10-15 reportees who are on-site as well as based remotely and a employee strength of about 1000 + employees.
- Hands on exposure to shops and establishment act is a plus.
