Client Details :

- Our client is one of the world's largest IT enabled services company with a global footprint. The company is growing rapidly in India and is looking to hire their HR Vice President to report into the CEO

Job Description :

- Work as a leader to designing and developing HR strategy in line with the overall business

- Be the custodian to the company's culture and driving the same throughout the organization and practice the same

- Provide expert guidance to your counterparts in the leadership team to support and enable the overall business strategy

- Guide the extended team to develop learning and development strategy and execute the same

- Work with management to optimize the HR costs and contribute directly in meeting the organization's bottom-line

- Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory or other regulatory requirements and with all corporate governance and code of conduct guidelines at all times

- Lead and implement change management through redesigning the overall talent management, performance management and OD strategy

- Regularly interact and work with key stakeholders and devise an effective communication strategy

- Managing a team of 5-7 direct reports and report into the CEO

Profile :

- Candidate must have an MBA or Master's degree in HR

- At least 15-20 years of work experience

- In depth experience of end to end employee lifecycle with a primary focus on engaging with the leadership and employees

- Has prior experience in IT enabled services/ Telecom sector/ Hospitality sector

- Strong leadership skills- ability to influence people and take charge

- Ability to lead by example and effectively deliver the core organizational values

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (exceptional inter personal skills)
