We are looking for Head of HR for one of our IT client. Location will be Chennai/Hyderabad.

Education: MBA from Tier - 1 Only (TISS/XLRI/MDI/SCMHRD)

Exp: 18-25 Years (Post MBA)

Age: Should be less than 48 years.

Looking after the End to End HR for the organization of 10000 employees. The role reports to the CEO India. Experience of having worked in IT/BPO/ITES in one of the career stints is essential.

Responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies / Processes. Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Business Heads. Drive HR Business partnering agenda for the company.
