Position-HR Head

Job Responsibilities :

- Should have in depth understanding and experience in entire gamut of HR i.e. Recruitment,Talent Management, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits etc

- Should be good at People Management.

- Should be well versed with the industry in bringing up the top notch policies / practices to the organization.

- Build, lead and mentor a result-oriented HR team

- Create and provide a positive work environment and ensure employee relations issues are effectively addressed in a timely manner.

Desired Experience level - 10-15 years, preferably in IT industry

Qualification - MBA in HR from premier institutes like XLRI/TISS/SIBM/SCMHRD

Job Location- Chennai
