Head - Human Resource - IT

Our client is looking for a Female candidate based out of Chennai for HEAD - HR Role.

1.Overseeing the entire spectrum of the human resources function.

2.Building effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders.

3.Define & lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals.

4.Reviewing, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

5.Leading the execution of change programmes.

6.Acting as an advocate of the company's values and culture to create a best in class work environment.

Key Requirements of the candidate.

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field

Experience in a leadership role in Human resources of IT product based company

Excellent communication

Excellent knowledge of all aspects on Human Resources Management

In-depth understanding of employment legislations

Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management & business partnering skills
