Head - Human Resource - IT

We have Head HR opening with one of our IT client based at kochi,

Key responsibilities :

- Head overall HR function; Build and manage our HR team at Kochi, Bangalore and US offices

- Be the key champion for employee engagement and talent retention. Engage with top talent in the organization to identify concerns/feedback, and implement processes to ensure employee engagement and motivation

- Manage sourcing team to ensure right kind of talent pipeline, with an emphasis on building a high performing/high-impact team. Establish and administer right evaluation processes to identify right candidates.

- Manage performance management process. Implement best practices including continuous performance evaluation for talent review

- Build a continuously learning-organization, by establishing relevant training courses, both on technical and communication front

- Manage compensation review process, by understanding market dynamics and compensation parameters, and implement the right compensation structure

- Manage global immigration team, and ensure efficient flow of resources to our onsite locations

- Establish/manage administration of benefits including health insurance and other such benefits

Qualifications :

- 6-10 years experience with a leading organization, in a HR leader capacity, either as a Business Partner or any other relevant HR leadership role

- MBA in HRM or an equivalent degree from a top university. Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-schools preferred.

- Experience in various Human Resources functions like sourcing, talent management, compensation

- Willingness to get down to grass-roots to understand problems. - Hands-on leader- management style.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to build rapport with associates at all levels.
