Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of a start-up company.
- Operate on current HR Processes and Systems related to entry, development, retention, and departure of employees. Enhance various policies aiming to provide benefits to employees. Handling end to end HR policy formulation
- Training Need Identification, preparing training calendars, executing and organizing training programs as per the calendar, training feedback, training effectiveness evaluation. Identifying external trainers for conduction various technical and non-technical trainings.
- Employee Engagement Activities-Fun Activities @ Work,and get-together etc
