Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition

- Provide advice and guidance to the Executive Board and managers on employment matters; influencing management and the leadership around the people agenda to maximize service performance
- Design, develop, and execute recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies for talent attraction, selection, and successful recruitment of potential talent to drive the achievement of the business's overall objectives
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- End to End Performance Management

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with using HRMS and other Office tools.
