Job Title: Head Human Resource APAC

Location: Chennai, India.

Reports to: CEO

Job Summary: The key aim of this role is to deliver a professional and high-quality HR service that establishes the link between required strategic and operational outcomes and effective people solutions.

The Head of Human Resources will lead the human resources, recruitment, training & development, and retention of employees to retain competitive advantage for the company to meet strategic, business and operational objectives through an engaged, motivated and skilled workforce. The ideal candidate shall also be responsible for the Company's Administrative function.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Business HR & Admin support for all departments in (Singapore, India, Philippines, Malaysia).

- Managing HR teams across different locations.

- Conceptualizing and working with the entire leadership group for implementing/reviewing processes and policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization.

- Recruitment, Induction, Training and Development, Employee Relations and Separation of associates, Appraisals and Promotions as per the HR cycle.

- Oversee all employee lifecycle related activities from joining to exit.

- Determining training needs by working closely with projects & delivery team to identify areas of training, conducting programmes to enhance efficiency in operations towards accomplishment of corporate objectives.

- Developing & conducting in-house training programs for cost effectiveness.

- Initiate capability development and training activities directed towards organizational change & effectiveness with the objective of creating a high- performance culture.

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Manpower planning and maintaining HR budget as keeping the cost to the minimum.

- Take part in all operational, human resources, financial and marketing decisions and to establish the human resources strategies and manpower and training planning in cooperation with the general manager

- Implementing compliance to statutory requirements to meet legal requirements in respective locations of operations.

- Overall supervision of all existing HR automation tools and payroll system.

- Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees and executing the same.

- Implementing statutory compliance in order to meet legal requirements.

Experience:

- Demonstrable generalist HR experience of 16-18 Years with atleast 4-5 years at Management level

- Competency across employee relations, recruitment, performance management and HR operations

- Experience in training design, delivery and evaluation

- Involvement in setting of workforce strategy

- Exposure in formulating policies and knowledge of statutory compliances for Singapore, India, Philippines is an added advantage.
