Head HR is expected to work on People Management, Change Management & Leadership. He/ She is part of a strategic leadership team that drives business & people agenda & creates high performing teams.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- HR Head role focus on Human Resource Management, Performance Management, HR transition management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Services functions&HR processes and policies
- Focus on HR innovation practices and policies. Build a transparent and global culture in the organization.
- Business stakeholder management
- Preparation & Monitoring of Annual HR budgets and overheads in coordination with Functional Heads for manpower planning.
- Work along with Senior Management & Departmental Heads for timely escalation / resolution of employee queries / grievances in accordance with company policies & procedures and documenting discussions / decisions / communications to ensure effective employee services and building a harmonious work atmosphere
- Ownership of various reports like attrition analysis, Headcount planned vs. actual, department wise headcount & cost analysis, etc. to update and assist the management in decision making as per business requirements
- Review and build capacity and drive the performance management. Defining and updating career path and succession plan to develop HR Assets

Required Experience
- 5-8 years or more of proven progressive HR leadership experience, including experience leading a global HR staff and supporting a globally diverse employee population.
- Experience working in a fast growing and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in complex environments in an organisation.
- Experience of developing and implementing a talent management strategy to raise the bar and upgrade capability.Ability to set a vision and proven experience of execution.
