- Own the Hiring Plan, Employee Lifecycle Management from onboarding to offboarding, and the business across gamut of HR
- Work with the founder and management team across India and US to create HR policies and guidelines
- Serve as a trusted resource to all employees, and guide them through career development and interpersonal conversations
- Provide useful data to help guide decision making, and allow the company to scale the people operations effectively and efficiently
- Act as the SPOC and an advisor to management for everything related to employees
- Drive culture and processes required for a remote-first and distributed organization
- Understand and evaluate the competitive landscape and evaluate market trends to decide compensation and benefits offerings
- Oversee Payroll, Compliance and Admin processes and tools
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition department to oversee recruitment and advise on sourcing
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, happiness and retention
- Coordinate and drive Learning and Development programs
- Review and fine-tune appraisal processes and tools to ensure data-driven performance management
