Responsible for identifying and driving the organization's requirements pertaining to Cultural alignment, OD, Comp & Ben, Recruitment, Training & Development.  Key Responsibilities:  - Create a healthy culture centered around organization's values, hence supporting rapid growth.  - Align towards the development of the organization's plans and programs.  - Lead and develop the local HR Teams in all the markets so that they are professional, high performing, able to support the growth plans.  - Provide one-on-one coaching to the leaders and managers to support their leadership development, business decision-making, people management, problem solving and performance management.  - Comp & Ben; develop & track reward to attract and retain talent. Lead the development and implementation of local reward and non-monetary recognition strategies to ensure a focus on the key business success drivers and appropriate business behaviours.   - Constantly assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all HR programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.  - Deliver robust talent management and development initiatives to ensure key talent development, succession planning, career management and performance management.  - Support the implementation of appropriate HR Solutions aligned with business direction and implement to all markets.  - Promote employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity.  - Business Partnering with the various countries & functions across the board.  Skills, Competencies & Experience Requirements:  - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related Master's degree ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification in HR (such as CIPD).  - 10 years of relevant experience in the.E-commerce experience desirable.  - Previous experience in implementing change within HR function based on HR best practices.  - Have a commercial mindset with a strong understanding of the online marketplace.  - Track record if reduction in Employee Turnover.  - Keen to learn, highly creative and unique in the approach to implementing HR strategies.  - Good understanding of how the business environment operates and the effective application of business processes and experience of leading business restructuring to address cultural issues and build organizational capability and/or managing the people implications.  - Experience working in a fast growing, ambitious and constantly changing environment  - Ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in complex environments at the most senior levels of an organization.  - Experience of developing and implementing a talent management strategy.
