Roles & Responsibilities
- Head the HR function for Rajasthan and be responsible for 1000+ Company staff and 5000+ contractors at Company's Rajasthan sites
- Work closely with site leadership and corporate HR to develop HR strategy and plans to support achievement of overall business objectives
- Drive the people agenda across Rajasthan including core people processes around performance, talent, learning and engagement, also support any special corporate initiatives
- Ensure staffing in adherence with the approved manpower plan and lead and participate in hiring drives
- Partner with business in ensuring succession planning and capability development
- Coach managers and leaders on people related issues with aim towards boosting overall productivity and engagement
- Proactively manage and maintain harmonious industrial relations, advise and implement appropriate actions in case of any disputes
- Ensure compliance to labour laws and guidelines and maintain cordial relationship with Labour Authorities
- Continues benchmarking & improvement of our HR practices with globally best in class operators
