HR Head- Housing Finance
- Support workforce planning, hiring, on-boarding & performance management
- Lead talent acquisition for the designation geography or business as allocated to support branch expansion and grow existing branches
- Improve and enhance HR processes, policies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Understand the business pressures and contribute proactively with business leaders in tackling current or future challenges for a new and growing organization
- Ensure amicable & effective management of employee grievances.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of regional Human Resources Senior Specialists
- Leverage HR colleagues in the Solutions team, Employee relations, to deliver full HR solutions in matters of performance, policies, and other HR matters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 15+ years of experience in HR
- Should have supported business leaders closely across the key spectrum of HR responsibilities such as talent acquisition, creating & implementing HR processes, employee counselings & performance management etc.
- Preferably from Banking / financial services background
