Job Description
- We are seeking a Head HR from the HOTEL/ HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY only.
- HR Policy definition, Implementation and updating on a regular basis
- Develop and Implement Annual HR Plan and strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
- Organization Manpower Planning, including Succession Planning, future requirements
- Manage On-boarding, Employee Engagement, Induction
- Managing the Performance Management process
- Administration of Compensation & Benefits
- Overall HR operations.
- Training requirements and administration
- Meeting all HR related statutory requirements
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Well rounded business background and acumen with the ability to be a strategic partner.
- Strong exposure to working with Senior Stake holders
- Very aggressive
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion.
- Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations in a positive manner.
