Head HR | 12+ years | Hospitality, Healthcare, or Wellness
1. Employee Wellness Programs:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive wellness programs aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify wellness needs and implement initiatives such as fitness challenges, mindfulness sessions, and wellness workshops.
2. Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback and measure engagement levels.
- Lead initiatives to recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements.
3. Communication Initiatives:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure transparent and timely communication across the organization.
- Utilize various channels, including intranet, email, and town hall meetings, to disseminate information and foster open communication.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads on communication best practices.
4. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management practices and employee development.
5. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
6. Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
- Implement strategies to retain key talent and reduce employee turnover.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in Hospitality, Healthcare Set-up, or Services
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and influence change.
