Job Description (Need someone from Hospitality/F&B Industry only)

- Creating and implementing a holistic HR strategy to meet short-term & long-term business challenges with focus on areas such as talent & leadership, culture & values, engagement & connect, supervisory capability, productivity & cost.

- Formulating Annual Manpower Budget, HR Framework and Policies; supporting long-term business goals with a Strategic HR Framework. Working closely with business and functional heads

- Advising and coaching Business Heads on all employee management & relations issues to minimize risk while being fair and reasonable.

- Leading change management initiatives, identifying and implementing the opportunities of positive change and organization development.

- Identifying top performers and creating development plans and opportunities to strengthen their skills while also improving the performance management process and goals for those not performing.

- Analyzing compensation policies, regulations and prevailing rates for developing competitive compensation plans.

- Monitoring the formulation of KPIs /KRAs for the appraisal process and ensuring the pay hikes are in-line with performance; driving the reward plans, promotions and career growth matrix.

- Scrutinizing HR dashboards on benchmarking, attrition and issuing early warning signals.
