Opening with a Leading Hospital Group in Faridabad for HR Head role
Head-HR
- Working with leadership in Conceptualizing VOSEP Construct (Vision, Objectives, Strategies, Execution & leverage people power), aligning VOSEP with KRA's (KPI's Management System) and further alignment with Organizational performance and periodic review.
- Initiating the Goal Setting Exercise & obtaining Target agreement from Functional Heads / Business Unit Leaders.
- Working closely with the leadership as a part of the Management Review Committee and conducting monthly business reviews.
- Responsible for creating and implementing the HR budget for the organization covering manpower costs along with other HR overheads (Recruitment Cost, Training Cost, Employee Engagement / Staff Welfare Cost etc- )
- Working on the business unit annual Operating Plan and ensuring activities in order to achieve Top Line and Bottom Line of the Budget (Target P&L).
- Initiating and implemented staff optimization projects to enhance profitability across organisation.
- Conceptualizing and working with the Leadership team in implementing policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organization.
- Management of complete recruitment life - cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements and build Strong hiring Team & staffing partner;
- Coordinating in the formulation and implementation of increment, incentive scheme, ESOP Scheme and other remuneration policies.
- Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management, Training and R&R program.
- Conceptualization and implementation of the Performance Management System for rewarding exceptional performers.
- Ensured implementation of organizational and employee friendly policies & processes for management of entire professional life cycle of employees in the organization.
- Responsible for Learning & Development needs of the organization and ensuring delivery of training for achieving organizational results through Head - Learning & Development.
