- Develop strategic plan to achieve the desired top & bottom line and business goals
- Responsible for developing & monitoring the HR plan & budget, closely with HODs
- Effective & smooth working of blue collared worker, management of nursing & technical staff & contract workers
- Ensure Regulatory compliance, labour laws etc
- Implementation of training programs at all levels to improve productivity
- Ensure optimum staffing & reduce overall manpower cost; employee retention to reduce attrition & poaching from competition
- Compensation & Benefits including KRAs, Appraisals & Performance management
Solid experience in large hospital with 200+ employees
- Well developed leadership, influencing and inter-personal skills, with the drive & commitment to achieve objectives
- MBA, 7-10 years experience, 32-38 years of age, Rs. 10-12 lakhs per annum
