Hiring for a reputed Charitable hospital
1. Review staff performance and appraisal policy.
2. Optimize manpower budget.
3. Motivate all staff for quality and efficient patient care. Create a training schedule.
4. Ensure efficient joining and leaving documentation.
5. Help acquire relevant talent.
6. Set goals and monitor performance along with relevant stakeholders.
7. Provide for efficient human administration of the hospital including department wise manpower analysis and audits. Study manpower attrition and work on creating a retentive environment along with retention policies.
8. Look at legacy issues and optimize manpower including redundancy.
9. Welfare policies.
10. Handle IR with help from Trustees.
11. Create cohesive atmosphere of working and handle staff grievances
