- Implementation of Organization Structure put in place already
- Creating Manpower budgets. Along with the Operations team ensuring that costs are as per budget.
- Recruitment - Oversee the Recruitment team ensuring quality recruits for Restaurant roles.
- Streamline HR processes like Induction, onboarding to ensure a good employee experience
- A PMS is being put in place. Managing that to ensure result orientation is a key deliverable for the role holder.
- Implement retention strategy for frontline staff through an effective engagement process
- Talent development and Succession Planning especially for Key Talent
- Ensure that Training is implemented as per plan. Part ownership of customer satisfaction measured through audits.
- Responsible for implementing the Compensation and Benefit plan
Essential Competencies :
- Core domain knowledge and Skills in Recruitment PMS and L&D
- Business Orientation- Adapt HR systems to business requirements and innovate when required
- Very strong people management skills. Ability to influence peers.
- Straddle the strategic and operational requirements of the role- will be a high involvement role
Prior Experience :
- 15-20 years in running a large region(2000+ employees ) or an organization (+ 1500 employees) spread across multiple cities with independent responsibility reporting to a CEO/COO
- Exposure to volume hiring for frontline and campus recruitment is mandatory
- This is a specialist HR role and provided the candidate is a customer facing industry - no specific bars.

Role will be based out of Mumbai and will require travel - 6-8 days
