Description : One of Asia's leading post harvest solutions companies in India, head quartered in Mumbai.   Role :   The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of HR strategy, policies and procedures in line with the organization's strategic goals through effective people management practices.  Key Responsibilities :   - To provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies across the organization   - To enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.   - To establish human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives; Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountability across entities (including talent restructuring)   - Be responsible for ensuring a well-defined career and succession planning mechanism for top 50 employees across the group.   - To evaluate current skill availability in the group and devise efficient and effective training and development plan across functions. Will be responsible for ideation, conceiving, conduct and follow up on development plan of participants.   - To work towards improving employee engagement activities at group level. To develop a coordinated and consistent approach to the way in which the organization engages with all staff directly and indirectly   - To streamline the Performance Management System and framework thereby allowing team to have timely update on their actionable and achievement. To conduct regular review of the PMS system across organisation.   - To provide strategic oversight and direction to organization's remuneration policy and practices. Identify measures of rewarding Top & Senior management by way of wealth creation opportunities.   - Come up with creative ideas on involvement of management team in profit sharing of business. To devise a comprehensive and efficient bonus policy across levels. To accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities, communicating and coordinating requirements, expediting fulfillment and evaluating milestone accomplishments.  The Candidate :   - A master's degree in Human Resources with over 12 years of post-qualification experience. At least, 5 years of them should have been in a leadership role.   - Good understanding of strategic HRM; should have been involved in managing organization wide change management activities in the past   - Prior experience of managing senior stakeholder relationship. Should have worked in a matrix reporting with multiple stakeholders across functions.   - Knowledge of agri-warehousing business is an added advantage. It is preferable, however, not mandatory
