Position Title : Head HR- Global Wealth Management
Location : Mumbai
Qualifications : MBA in Human Resources preferably TISS/ XLRI
Experience : 15 years plus
Key Responsibility :
- Business partnering by Leading & Implementing the People agenda for the 5 LOBs impacting 1500 people.
- Develop and build strong influential relationships across all Stakeholders to add value and implement commercial HR solutions in line with the overall people & business Strategy
- Supporting business in Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy & retention, enabling a healthy engagement and recognition culture
- Building HR team capabilities, making them future ready.
- Manage, coach and drive the team to achieve the organization and departmental goals
- Work in partnership with the L&D team to develop the L&D strategy and implement an impact through improvement of team and function performance in line with the HR priorities and the business agenda
- To coach and challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues to raise the bar on performance across the function and a highly-engaged workforce, translate strategy in workable processes & initiatives that deliver against the priorities, align and leverage interventions like Culture, Talent & - Colleague on-boarding experience.
- To drive business engagement and implementation across all areas of the HR agenda, spearhead all HR initiatives & change projects ensuring Key stakeholder management locally & globally
- Participate in the development of business strategies and translate into practical and prioritized HR strategies. Identify business requirements and obtain timely intervention from other HR specialist areas
